Zeynep Cihan - Istanbul Representative
Zeynep Cihan is graduated from the department of American Culture and Literature, Faculty of Arts, Istanbul University in 2008.
During her last year at university, she got her English Teaching Certificate from Yıldız Technical University. Having completed her education in Turkey, she went to Canada in 2008 to get her TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) diploma from King George College. Following that, she wrote her TKT (Teaching Knowledge Test), the University of Cambridge ESOL Examinations in Toronto, and got the highest mark as well as her internationally recognized English Teaching certificates , approved by the University of Cambridge. In 2009, she came back to Turkey and started her career as an English teacher at Dogus Schools. Having participated in various educational seminars and conferences for her professional development, Zeynep has many certificates, in various fields, on education. She acted an effective and important role in the process of CIS ( Council of International Schools) Self Study, and including being an E-Twinning prject coordinator, she has led many international projects on education.
The book,‘The Phantom of the Opera’ which she retold in English, was published by Beşir Publishing . She had her media and publishing experience at Indeks Index and Consulting Corporation, and her articles were released in lots of institutional magazines of many leading companies in Turkey.
Zeynep Cihan who believes in continuous professional development in English teaching, and following the innovations in language teaching and learning closely, has done international educational consulting for many people. Knowing both Canadian and Turkish education system and their needs and following them closely, Zeynep Cihan is representing Educan International Educational Consulting in Istanbul, Turkey. She is also teaching at American Cultural Association Language Schools at the time of being.
